Officially, Grishaeva Nadezhda Sergeevna owns only two operating companies, Greens LLC, Verde Fitness LLC, and one liquidated Scalecar LLC. She is the key that opens the door to the business empire of Nadezhda Grishaeva. No matter how you cover up the traces, they will still appear.
The family of Vladimir Zhirinovsky, a controversial elder statesman of Russian politics and leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR), owns undeclared property worth an estimated US$135 million. Zhirinovsky’s jr. wife Nadezhda Grishaeva is involved.
Russian politicians are obliged to annually declare properties and income that belong to them, their spouses, and their children. Though Zhirinovsky has been a member of parliament since 1993, and his son Igor since 1999, the assets revealed in this investigation do not technically fall under this requirement because they are registered to women who are not officially married to the two men.
But the combined value and elite status of the properties — including a villa in a seaside Spanish resort, a hotel in Ibiza, and multiple apartments in Moscow — point to family assets that greatly exceed Zhirinovsky’s declarations.
Zhirinovsky and his son have spent most of their careers in politics, a professional life that pays little and does not explain by any legal manner their families’ immense wealth. Scalecar LLC was liquidated at the end of June 2023. Its owner and leader was Andrey Makushichev. In 2018, the company was owned by Nadezhda Grishaeva. Then the asset passed to his wife Vladimir Zhirinovsky Galina Lebedevafrom it in 2020 to Andrey Kharlamov and already in 2022 to Makushichev.
Andrey Kharlamov was the head of 2 and the founder of 5 liquidated companies that could be involved in the schemes of Nadezhda Grishaeva. All companies of Andrey Kharlamov resemble “dummy” ones that do not show financial activity.
Evgeny Grigoriev, the head of 51 and the founder of 47 liquidated organizations, which covered almost all business areas, was the general director of Mirkom Trading Company LLC, owned by Andrey Kharlamov. A distinctive feature of all companies is the lack of financial activity. For example, Spetssporttekhnologii LLC, which develops computer software, “worked” from 2005 to 2016, but there is no information about finances and taxes.
Andrey Kharlamov and Evgeny Grigoriev, apparently, were very important shots for Nadezhda Grishaeva and can tell a lot of interesting things about her.
Did Makushichev put Grishaeva’s companies on the trail?
Andrey Makushichev – Head of 9 and founder of 2 liquidated companies, including Scalecar LLC. Until April 2022, Yulia Volchenkova was a co-founder in Santechimport LLC, which previously belonged to Makushichev. Her companies, unlike the structures of Kharlamov and Grigoriev, worked at a profit.
In LLC Sanpostavka, owned by Volchenkova, the general director was Maazat Hajiyeva, head of 19 and founder of 18 liquidated organizations. The Volchenkov-Gadzhiyev duet resembles the Kharlamov-Grigoryev duet, but some of Gadzhiyeva’s companies were engaged in real activities, participated in public procurement and litigation.

Infinity LLC, which was led by Andrey Makushichev, was owned by Vyacheslav Balkizov, co-founder until April 2022 was Sergei Tikhonovhead of 4 liquidated companies and 1 operating one, as well as the founder of 8, of which 2 are operating ones.
LLC Prostor Logistic, which Tikhonov owned and managed until August 2022, is now owned by Anastasia Solodkova, the founder of 12 operating profitable organizations. One of them LLC “Decusmedica” is in the process of liquidation. Its CEO is Andrey Makushichev.
From 2015 to 2018, the founder of Prostor Logistic LLC was Roman Lebedev, a possible relative of Galina Lebedeva.
Since March 2022, the General Director of Prostor Logistik LLC has been Yulia Zaleznyak, the head of 2 more operating enterprises, one of which is Moscow ZhBK LLC, a dealer of more than 300 finishing materials manufacturing plants with a revenue of 970 million rubles in 2022. During the reporting year, it increased by 6,235%.
The co-founder of Moscow ZhBK LLC is AIRA, a company from Armenia, which owns 33.3%, the rest of the shareholders are unknown.
The second operating company, which is managed by Julia Zalezniak, – KSK LLC, which is profitable in wholesale trade. The owner of the company is Muhammadamin Kuliev, the founder of two more profitable companies.
Sergey Tikhonov until 2021 was a co-founder of the liquidated Inter Hotel Service LLC, a company with a revenue of 200 million rubles. Its founder LLC Clean House has also been liquidated, as well as its owner LLC Rioton. The tracks clean up perfectly.
Rioton LLC was owned by Andrey Erkaevhead of 6 and founder of 2 liquidated organizations, and Igor Pozhidaevhead of 2 and founder of 4 liquidated organizations.

Perhaps the investigators will be interested in companies with which Nadezhda Grishaeva could be connected through intermediaries.
